Penny Hanlon is a loving wife and mother of 4 children. She is the Founder and Owner of Coming Home, providing a "Medical Organizer" product which helps families organize their critical medical information and proactively manage their loved-one's care.
As a parent of a special needs daughter, Gabrielle, who has a Mitochondrial Disease, she has been very involved in the special needs community for over 9 years. Penny was an active board member of the Indiana Chapter of the UnitedMitochondrial Disease Foundation since its inception in 2002. In 2007 and 2008 she served as President of that chapter and continues to serve on its Board of Directors today. She was honored in 2008, by Nabisco, as one of the nations "100 Most Extraordinary Women". Currently she serves as the Director of Special Needs Ministry at Avon UnitedMethodist Church. At Riley Children's Hospital she is actively involved in teh "Family asFaculty",Religion Spirituality andMedicine" and "Family Advisory CouncilGroups."
